DIY hair bows !

Hey everyone ! This is a tutorial on how to make your own hair bows :)

Things you will need:
- Fabric of your choice
- Scissors
- A hair clip of your choice . (I used an alligator clip)
- A ruler
- A hot glue gun

1. Firstly cut a (width)21cm x (length) 44cm strip from your fabric .
2. Fold your width ways 3 times and glue after each fold to secure, your width of the fabric should now be 7cm. This is going to make our bow more thick and sturdy.

3. Now fold the fabric length ways 3 times or fit it to however big you want your now to be and glue between each strip. I made mine 11 cm. make sure that the end of the strip is glued to the middle.
4. Cut a 1 cm thick strip from the left over fabric. It can be along as you wish.

5. Scrunch the middle of the fabric to create the now shape. There should be 3 folds on one side and 2 on the other . Glue In between each fold to secure .

6. Wrap the thin strip you just made around the middle of the bow , glue it down once your happy with how secure it is. Make sure you glue it to the back of the now. (This should be the side with 3 folds)
7. Glue the back of your clip to the back of the bow.

And your done !!!

Urban Decay ; Ocho Locho 2 reveiw!

Hey everyone !

I recently picked up the Ocho Locho 2 eyeliner set from urban decay and OMG they are amazing ! The eyeliners are so creamy and pigmented, they don't pull on your eyes at all when your applying them and you get an even line straight away. Also, since they're long lasting, they don't smudge ! And they will still be there when you go to take of your makeup at night time.  The colour range in the set is great, they have everything from nice neutrals to amazing fun colours. Most of the shades have shimmer or glitter in them besides 2 mattes.
In the set you get 8 colours, they are ;
Twice baked - a rich brown satin with gold micro glitter
Roach - a deep copper brown with shimmer
Crave - a dark brown/black matte
Perversion -  the blackest matte
Tornado -  a dark eggplant pearl
Ultraviolet - a bright blue/violet with shimmer
Deep end -  a bright metallic peacock blue
Mars -a bright metallic green with shimmer
From top to bottom : twice baked, roach, crave, perversion, tornado , ultraviolet , deep end, mars .

And you even get the grindhouse sharpener!
With UD liners selling at $19 each, this set is such great value for $69 , your basically paying for around 3 eyeliners and getting 4 plus the grindhouse for free ! Overall it's a $162 value and I honestly think its worth it :)

Organix macadamia oil mask!

Hi everyone !
I recently picked up the Hydrating macadamia oil , intensive moisture mask by Organix .
It says its an ultra-moisturising treatment infused with macadamia oil to hydrate dry hair while exotic sugar cane extract and bamboo extract mend split ends.
So far I have used it once a week for 3 weeks and you can get a lot of use out of it, I have long hair and I only applied to the pony tail section of my hair (as I have quite oily roots but dry frizzy ends), and I still have more than half of the product left.
It's a nice consistency and spreads easily and evenly throughout you hair. It has a really nice scent to it , to me it seems kind of sweet and fruity but the scent doesn't linger on your hair once you've washed it off. You can use this product in two different ways, you can leave it on for 5 minutes after you shampoo and condition your hair, if you only need a little extra moisture. But if your like me and your ends need all the moisture it can get, then you can leave it on for 20 minutes.
My hair definitely does feel a lot softer after I've used it and the frizzy-ness of my split ends has defiantly calmed down. I feel like It does hydrate a lot and definitely does what it says it should .  :)  overall I am very pleased with it.
I picked this up thinking it could be a drugstore dupe for the macadamia natural oil deep repair mask
I haven't had the chance to try this one out yet but I've heard so many beauty gurus rave about it and how good macadamia oil is for your hair. The only bad thing about it , is the price tag of $39.95 for 250 ml or $64.95 for 500 ml. This drugstore mask is only $19.99 for. 225 ml, and you can get it for 20% off at Priceline right now !
Let me know if you have tried both and if the Organix mask is a dupe!  :)
